Peachtree Spine & Sports Physicians is looking for an experienced Director of Physical Therapy to lead our physical therapy department across our nine Atlanta-area locations. As Director, you will oversee clinic operations while fostering a friendly and encouraging environment where both patients and staff thrive. Peachtree Spine’s mission is to provide red carpet customer service to all. Job Responsibilities Provides skilled physical therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders, current standards of care and by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results of patients. Lead, mentor and develop our PTs, PTAs, and techs, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Manage daily clinic operations including but not limited to employee schedules, performance reviews and training. Own the department's goals, policies, and procedures, and hold the PT team accountable. Collaborate with the PT team to address any patient concerns. Support, lead and communicate any policy and procedure changes, acting as a liaison between Admin and the PT department. Job Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Active Georgia PT license in good standing (or eligible) 5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead, supervisory, or director role Outpatient orthopedic and/or sports medicine background strongly preferred Experience in a physician-owned or multi-site practice preferred Comfort with EMR documentation workflows, experience with Epic is a plus!
