Requirements
Current Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance license.
Solid understanding of risk assessment and insurance coverage options.
Clear, empathetic communication skills that build immediate rapport.
Technical proficiency with industry-standard quoting tools and Microsoft Office.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles where relationship building was key.
